I want to say a big “hello” to the online world! For myself, I have never been into the idea of ‘blogging’ to document my life through words and stories, so this will be a new and exciting challenge.
My name is Kerry Pucsek and I grew up and still reside on Vancouver Island. Growing up in Victoria has been amazing because it has allowed me to gain a love for the outdoors. I feel so grateful that we are able to enjoy it all year around.
I will be completely honest and let everyone know that I am not very good with technology… yet! I am really looking forward to EDCI 336 because it will allow me to play around this blog, building a website and hopefully other useful tools that I can use in my future.
The setup of this blog was interesting because I did it without reading the instructions. Now I should have known ahead of time, that it would backfire because I somehow ended up with two different sites and was not understanding what I was doing. I then realized I felt lost and contacted the teacher for help. I learned from this, I learned to take the time and read instructions and never be afraid to ask for help because there are people around you that want help you succeed.
